India: Home of beautiful, fascinating, and historical architecture that speaks volumes

Having the opportunity to participate in the India Panel project was really fascinating and inspiring (as cliché as that sounds). My major is architecture, so conducting research on the history of architecture and the importance of it in the Indian state was, for lack of a better word, cool!

Although my research was extensive and vast, I was only able to provide minimal information to my presentation before I would bore the entire audience with knowledge that probably nobody cares about. However, given my presentation and what was included in it, I do hope there was a strong and clear message for the audience or viewer to understand: architecture is an influence of its surroundings that is built for humans to live and flourish under. India is a beautiful state and nation that is known for its richness in culture, music, religion, history, and art.

Architecture isn't just constructing tall and luxurious buildings that look pretty. Architecture isn't just drawing and planning for the making of something big and expensive. What I hope the audience took from my panel on Indias architecture, as well as my groups overall presentation about India, is that art and beauty comes in many forms that society sometimes overlooks and categorizes into different aspects of life. From what I provided, I hope that it is seen the vast knowledge there is on Indian architecture. Indian architecture is a practice of great importance that includes art, religion, culture, and aesthetic. It includes math and science forged with the visual arts and religion to create spectacular structures that serve society for a better quality of life.
